We acknowledge that our work is inspired by, created within, and assembled on lands known as amiskwaciwâskahikan ᐊᒥᐢᑿᒌᐚᐢᑲᐦᐃᑲᐣ, or Edmonton, which is part of Treaty Six territory and the Métis Nation Homeland.

As settlers on these lands, we acknowledge the abundance of shelter, nurture, and sustenance that they have offered us. We are honoured to join in the spirit of this ancient gathering place.
