Ways we’ve worked with others
Our collaborations have taken different forms: facilitated learning experiences, adapted versions of the box series, shared experiments, and conversations that helped organizations think differently about anti-racism in practice.
We are most interested in working with people who want to move beyond awareness and into something more concrete — something they can try, learn from, and carry forward.
Facilitated engagements
We have partnered with organizations that wanted to move through You Need This Box as a shared experience.
In these engagements, participants worked through the series individually while also coming together for facilitated reflection, conversation, and learning. This created space for people to sit with the material, hear from one another, ask better questions, and begin connecting the learning to their own roles, relationships, and ways of working.

Box series adaptations
In earlier collaborations, we adapted the box series for specific organizational or community contexts.
We no longer offer custom adaptations of the full series, but these projects continue to shape how we think about learning design, facilitation, partnership, and what it takes to make anti-racism work feel grounded in real contexts. We are always open to sharing what we learned — and to exploring new forms of collaboration that build from those lessons.

Have something in mind?
We are open to collaborations with organizations, artists, entrepreneurs, communities, and people working in unexpected places. You do not need to arrive with a fully formed plan. Bring us a question, a tension, a context, or something you want to interrupt — and we can explore what might be possible together.
